개인정보처리방침
Hesam Studio(이하 "개발자")는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 앱 Hatching Aquarium: Merge Fish(이하 "본 앱")에서 어떤 정보를 어떻게 다루는지 설명합니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
본 앱은 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 주소 등 이용자를 직접 식별할 수 있는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 회원가입 절차가 없으며, 이용자가 직접 정보를 입력하는 화면도 없습니다.
본 앱은 게임 기능 제공을 위해 다음 정보를 자동으로 수집·이용합니다.

비밀번호는 존재하지 않으며, 결제 수단 정보(카드번호 등)는 Google Play가 처리하고 개발자는 접근할 수 없습니다.
2. 정보의 저장 위치
게임 진행 데이터는 이용자의 기기에 저장되며, 계정 연결과 기기 변경 시 이어하기를 위해 Google Firebase 서버(Cloud Firestore)에도 저장됩니다. 서버에는 계정 식별자(uid), 플레이어 ID, 게임 진행 데이터, 운영 우편이 보관됩니다.
앱을 삭제하면 기기의 데이터는 삭제됩니다. 서버에 저장된 데이터의 삭제는 아래 문의처로 플레이어 ID와 함께 요청하시면 지체 없이 처리합니다.
3. 제3자 서비스
본 앱은 아래 서비스를 이용하며, 각 서비스는 자체 개인정보처리방침에 따라 정보를 처리합니다.

4. 광고에 관하여
- 본 앱의 광고는 이용자가 보상을 받기 위해 직접 선택해서 시청하는 보상형 광고입니다.
- 광고 제공 과정에서 광고 사업자가 광고 ID 등 기기 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다.
- 기기 설정(Android: 설정 ▸ 개인정보 보호 ▸ 광고)에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 맞춤 광고를 제한할 수 있습니다.
- 광고 제거 상품을 구매하면 모든 광고 시청이 생략됩니다.
5. 보유 및 이용 기간
기기에 저장된 정보는 앱 삭제 시까지, 서버에 저장된 정보는 삭제 요청 시까지 보관됩니다. 제3자 서비스가 처리하는 정보의 보유 기간은 각 서비스의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
- 기기 데이터 삭제: 앱을 삭제하거나 게임 내 설정에서 데이터를 초기화할 수 있습니다.
- 서버 데이터 삭제: 문의처로 플레이어 ID(설정 ▸ 계정에서 확인)와 함께 요청하시면 서버의 계정·진행 데이터를 삭제합니다.
- 열람·정정·처리정지: 아래 연락처로 요청하실 수 있습니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보
본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 정보가 보호자 동의 없이 수집된 사실을 알게 될 경우 지체 없이 해당 정보를 삭제합니다.
8. 방침의 변경
법령이나 서비스 내용이 바뀌어 본 방침을 수정할 경우, 변경된 내용을 본 페이지에 게시하고 최종 수정일을 갱신합니다. 중요한 변경이 있을 때에는 앱 내에서 별도로 안내합니다.

1. Information we collect
This app does not collect information that directly identifies you — no name, email address, phone number, or postal address. There is no sign-up form and no screen where you type personal details.
The app automatically collects the following in order to run the game:

There are no passwords, and payment details (card numbers, etc.) are handled by Google Play — we never see them.
2. Where data is stored
Game progress is stored on your device and, to support account linking and playing on a new device, also on Google Firebase servers (Cloud Firestore) — your uid, player ID, game progress and operator mail. Deleting the app removes the on-device data; to delete server data, contact us with your player ID.

4. About ads
- All ads in this app are rewarded ads you choose to watch.
- Ad providers may collect the advertising ID and device information to serve ads.
- You can reset your advertising ID or limit ad personalisation in your device settings (Android: Settings ▸ Privacy ▸ Ads).
- Purchasing the ad-removal product skips all ad viewing.
5. Retention
On-device data is kept until you delete the app; server data until you request its deletion. Data handled by third-party services is retained according to each service's policy.
6. Your rights
- Delete on-device data: uninstall the app, or reset your data from the in-game settings.
- Delete server data: contact us with your player ID (Settings ▸ Account) and we will delete your account and progress data.
- Access, correction, restriction: contact us at the address below.
7. Children
This app is not directed to children under 14. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 14 without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
8. Changes
If this policy changes we will post the new version on this page and update the "last updated" date. Significant changes will also be announced inside the app.
